Magic Chef | Magic Chef was once known as the American Stove Company, back in the 1850s. Since then, the company has gone through a number of mergers. AESI is factory-trained in newer Magic Chef appliances. The company is best known for it gas stoves and now is part of a conglomerate that imports and markets small appliances under several brand names. AESI is one of few Southern California appliance repair companies that is thoroughly familiar with Magic Chef appliances.
